All international parcels are shipped with Australia Post International at flat-rate pricing based on their official zones.

What to Expect

  • Rates are calculated for an average order (a few clothing or accessory items).
  • If your parcel is significantly heavier than our negotiated rates, additional charges may apply.
  • If this occurs, we’ll notify you before shipping, and you’ll have the choice to:
    • Proceed with the updated cost, or
    • Cancel your order for a full refund.

  • Exchanges are welcome, however return postage and re-shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • To help avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our team before placing your order — we’ll gladly provide measurements or guidance to ensure you get the right fit first time.

Some countries have restrictions around importing cosmetics and skincare. While most of our parcels arrive without issue, regulations do vary internationally.

Sustainable Packaging

We’re mindful about the way your order travels across the globe.

  • Parcels are sent in recyclable cartons, compostable mailers, or satchels where possible.
  • To reduce waste, we also use recirculated packaging — this may include reused plastic satchels, pouches, or bubble wrap.
  • Giving existing plastic another life helps us avoid introducing new “eco” packaging into circulation.
